REGISTRATION TIPS

SIMPLE AND EASY! Set aside 10-15 minutes prior to starting the registration process and you will be golden.

Though you can save some basic information and return to complete you registration at a later time, you will be unable to save your “full progress” and the system will require you to re-enter some information and re-upload any photos.

Player registration: Having the following items will speed up the registration process.

Birth Certificate or OTHER ID photo image (That confirms age and or grade level and helps with division placement)
Player profile photo image (A general profile shot/selfie to be used to identify athlete during team check in at scorer’s table)
Medical Insurance information (Standard and required information for youth sports)

Volunteer coach’s registration:

IF submitting a team(s) Ensure you have the 1st and last name(s) of all the players you are requesting. Note your player(s) must also mutually request you as a coach during their registration process. We highly recommend you engage your player’s parents to ensure this is done. If the player has not mutually requested you, the player(s) will not be placed on your team.

REGISTRATION FEE AND INFO:

League Play Spring 2024 Season:

Season Dates: March 23, 2024 – June 8, 2024
Early Registration: $225 ends February 12, 2024
Late Registration: $245 begins February 13, 2024
Deadline: March 12, 2024! First league game starts on March 23, 2024.

Registration Fee includes:

7 Regular season games
At least 1 playoff game
All registrants have an option to attend shooting competition during our Classic Event; if selected as an All-Star can participate in the All-Star game during Classic Event.
$10 Discount for each additional sibling registering with WCBA.

COACH'S PERKS

$75 credit upon completion of season.
Coach’s polo shirt.
Fully sponsored seasonal Coach’s Clinics with world renowned trainer Danielle Viglione, co-owner of Sacramento Skills Academy or trainer Ryan Sypkens with Touch Shooting.

UNIFORM INFORMATION

$50 for Reversible top and bottom uniform sets. All uniform set pricing includes tax. New design that we introduced during our Fall 2022 season!

Fully reversible, high quality and sublimated! (no iron on numbers)

*** Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, there may be a 3-5% variance on sizing. Please allow for small discrepancies under 1 inch for all measurements***

WCBA Discount

$10 Discount for each additional child registering for WCBA.

Refund Policy

This page explains the West Coast Basketball Association refund policy.

If you withdraw from the season before the player’s clinic and draft, we will withhold a service charge of $75. This is to prevent players from registering and then deciding not to play, which makes it administratively difficult to complete registration and add players from the wait-list.

If you withdraw after the Player’s clinic, we will withhold a service charge of $100.

If you withdraw after the Division teams are formed, there will be NO refund of fees. After teams are formed, and we have effectively waived wait-list players, it is very difficult to balance teams – therefore, the penalty to withdraw is severe.

In certain circumstances (pre-season injury or made school team), we will waive the service charges and apply the full credit towards a future season.
